Baked Plantain Chips

Ingredients

Ingredients for 1-3 servings:

  • 2 green plantains (they cannot be ripe)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Seasonings: cumin (paprika, cayenne are optional)

Steps

Step 1

Shake the pan or flip the chips after 10 minutes and spray with coconut oil. Bake them for another 10 minutes or until they are brown.

Step 2

For the last minute, set the oven to broil which should help to brown the remaining chips. Careful not to burn.
