My name is Kevin. My life changed when I realized that healthy living is truly a lifelong journey, mainly won by having a well-balanced diet and enjoying adequate exercise. Let’s face it – “low carb” days (where you are not eating many carbohydrates) can be not so fun… BUT you can still eat BIG while enjoying a delicious, nutritious and very filling meal.
