Here’s a “healthy habits” challenge calendar to help you make choices that will push you closer to your fitness and wellness goals. Whether you’re advanced or just beginning your healthy living journey, there’s something here for you.

STEPS:

  1. Print this calendar out (or import the challenges to your phone).
  2. Place it on your fridge or in your office – wherever you need a reminder! Tip: You can even schedule reminders on your phone for each day’s challenge(s).
  3. Participate. The more you put in, the more you get out. It’s simple!
