First time doing meal prep! Inspired by Fitmencook’s $75 program

Grocery List:
- tomato paste (16oz)
- 10 instant oatmeal packets
- smooth peanut butter (500g)
- box of pasta wheat shells
- 12 large eggs
- mozzarella cheese shredded (340g)
- frozen mixed veg (750g)
- 3 red delicious apples
- green zucchini
- bundle asparagus
- 1 red onion
- 2 avocado
- 3 red tomatoes
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 kg sweet potato
- 3 lb chicken breast
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground beef
Total amount spent = $78.38
Recipes:
Breakfast:
- 2 bags of instant oatmeal
- apple slices
- 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch: Pasta with sauce
- Ground turkey or beef sautéed with red onions
- Tomato paste stirred in
- Boiled pasta shells
- Shredded mozzarella added on top
Dinner: Chicken and veggie stir fry
- Chicken breast butterflied, marinated in soy sauce, cayenne, paprika, salt & pepper, then pan fried
- Baked diced up yam pieces in olive oil and pepper
- Frozen mixed veggies, zucchini, asparagus, and peppers sautéed
Sides: Avocado & tomatoes cut fresh to accompany meals
