Salmón ahumado con guacamole

Ingredientes
  • 3 aguacates medianas
  • 170 gr salmón salvaje ahumado
  • 1 tallo de apio (picado)
  • 1/3 taza de cebolla picada roja
  • 1/3 taza de cilantro o cilantro picado
  • 2 cucharadas de yogur griego
  • 1,5 cucharada de mostaza de Dijon
  • comino 1 cucharadita
  • jugo de limón 1/2
  • Pimienta al gusto
Pasos
  • Troceamos el salmón y reservamos. Picamos la cebolla muy fina y hacemos lo mismo con el apio.
  • Pelamos el aguacate y con un tenedor hacemos un puré con él en un bol. Añadimos el zumo de medio limón junto a todos los ingredientes restantes, una pizca de sal, pimienta y una cucharadita de comino.
  • Lo mezclamos bien, y con la ayuda de un molde, ponemos el guacamole en el fondo y por encima el salmón ahumado cortado a trozos.
