Ingredientes

Ingredientes para 3 porciones:

  • 1 calabaza mediana (pelada, picada)
  • 3 tazas de ejotes (cortados), crudos
  • 1 1/2 cucharada de aceite de sésamo
  • 3 cucharadas salsa de soja baja en sodio
  • 2 cucharadas miel de manzana (libre de abejas)
  • 1 1/2 cucharada de jengibre fresco picado
  • Guarnición:
    • semillas de sésamo
Pasos
  1. Pique la calabaza y judías verdes en trozos.
  2. Ponga una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio-alto y rocíe ligeramente con aceite de sésamo.
  3. Una vez caliente la sartén, mezcle puré de calabaza y judías verdes y cocínelas durante unos 7 minutos o hasta que las verduras comiencen a dorar.
