Ingredientes

Ingredientes para al menos 6 porciones:

  • 18 oz (tres paquetes 6 oz) atún blanco, drenado, bajo en sodio
  • 3/4 taza (o 7 oz) yogur griego 2%
  • 1/3 taza de mostaza Dijon
  • 1 tallo de apio (picado)
  • 1/3 pepitas taza
  • 1/3 taza de nueces picadas
  • 1/3 de taza de arándanos secos (sin azúcar añadido)
  • 2 cucharadas de estragón fresco (opcional)
  • 1/2 cucharada de curry en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de cúrcuma
  • sal de mar y pimienta al gusto
Pasos
  1. Colocar todos los ingredientes en un bol y mezclar.
  2. Sazone al gusto.
