Avena con manzana al horno de una porción

Ingredientes
  • 1/3 taza de harina de avena (sin cocinar)
  • 1/2 manzana de jazz (o manzana granny)
  • 1 Huevo
  • 1/3 taza de leche de almendras sin azúcar
  • 1/4 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
  • 1 cucharadita de canela (o al gusto)
  • 1 cucharada de miel cruda (o caña de azúcar) *
  • Pulverizador de aceite de coco

(*) – Ingrediente opcional

Pasos
  1. Ponga el horno a 350F.
  2. Rocíe una sartén antiadherente con aceite de coco y póngala en fuego medio-alto.
  3. Corte la mitad de la manzana y agregue a la sartén una vez que esté caliente. Saltee la manzana hasta que los bordes se vuelvan marrones, que debe tomar unos 6 a 8 minutos. Revuelva con una espátula para garantizar que la manzana no se pegue a la sartén.
  4. Mientras se cocina la manzana, mezcle todos los ingredientes en un bol. Si la mezcla está demasiado gruesa y seca, añada 1 o 2 cucharadas de leche de almendras.
  5. Añada las manzanas salteadas a la mezcla y revuelva. Luego añadir toda la mezcla de nuevo a la sartén.
  6. Cueza en el horno de 15 a 18 minutos o hasta que esté dorado. Tenga cuidado de no sobrecocinar ya que se puede secar rápidamente.
