Print these out and place them on your fridge or wherever you need a reminder! In fact, you can even schedule reminders on your phone for each day’s challenge(s).

THE MORE YOU PUT IN, THE MORE YOU GET OUT. IT’S SIMPLE!

RULES

It’s simple: just do what it says on the calendar, take a pic (for proof that you completed the day’s activity), share the pic on any social media platform (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and tag #FitMenCook!
