Spice up your next salad or sandwich with this homemade sriracha dressing.  Perfect to add to your sandwich to give it some heat, texture and of course, awesome flavor! Gyro anyone?

Sriracha Yogurt Dressing & Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 cups, approximately 16 servings:

  • 14oz 2% Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cucumber (grated)
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste (or minced garlic)
  • juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  •  1 tbsp olive oil or safflower oil
  • sea salt, pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Grate a cucumber into a bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
  3. Store in a jar or glass airtight container.

This will last for about 6 days in the refrigerator.
