Loaded sweet potato with organic raw honey, almonds & strawberries, baked Corvina sea bass, braised rapini. Cost effective, delicious and healthy meal. Boom. (Tradicional Abajo)

Rapini is in the broccoli family and I love the taste of it. This was ON SALE so I bought it. Ball on a budget!

Here are the main ingredients for today’s recipe. We are going to need rapini, Greek yogurt, strawberries, organic raw honey, almonds, olive oil and seasonings. Sounds interesting? Let’s make this sea bass recipe step by step.

This fish could not be easier to prepare. In addition, you will like the taste of this fish. It can also be eaten with any side dish, but I like it best with sweet potatoes.

Before you start preparing, you should first dry the fish. It is necessary to remove most of the moisture from the fish so that the outside gets a nice color at the end.

Lightly spray a skillet with olive oil and toss the rapini in it. Then, season with garlic and Liquid Aminos. Simmer the rapini until soft.

Season the fish with garlic, pepper and cumin. Bake the Corvina in the oven until it gets a nice brown color on the outside. When it’s done, take it out and set it aside to cool.

Now, we are going to make stuffed sweet potatoes. First, carve out the contents of baked sweet potatoes and mash in a bowl. Add cinnamon and Greek yogurt to it. Fill potatoes with mixture and add strawberries, almonds and organic raw honey.

Serve potatoes with seared Chilean sea bass rapini and garnish. Enjoy your healthy and delicious meal!

This is a good combo of simple and complex carbs post workout to replenish glycogen in the muscles and stop you from shaking.

Approx macros for my meal including 150g sweet potato, honey and 7oz Corvina.
