Instead of grits use (gluten free, organic) Brown Rice Farina. Absolutely delicious and nutritious! I enjoyed this meal after a morning cardio session.
Approx macros (for ~5oz shrimp and 1/3 cup uncooked farina): 35g protein, 42g carbs, 6g fat
Steps: (1) Grill shrimp in coconut oil and season (I used cumin, red pepper & red onions); (2) Cook farina separately and lightly sprinkle w/ sea salt and add 1 tsp organic goat cheese and stir. (3) Add shrimp and devour!
