Chicken-wrapped Asparagus with Dirty Quinoa
Approx macros: ~40g protein, 18g carbs, 7g fat
Meal Prep Tip: when I cut up my chicken breasts at the beginning of the week, I slice them vertically in about 2.5oz slices. I then wrap it around asparagus and bake them. Nearly SAME amount of time but this way allows me to vary my diet a bit more - these are great quick snacks OR I can add a yogurt dish in order to meet my protein (caloric) requirements for each meal.
