Creamy Tropical Sesame Salad & Sandwich Dressing

Making your own salad dressing and sandwich spread can not only save you money, but also spur your creativity to make your meal masterpieces.

Ingredients for 1 cup (16 tbsp):

  • 15 golden cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4  cup sesame oil
  • 1.5 tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1/3 cup mango
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • juice from 1 clementine
  • cilantro (to taste)

Steps:

  1. Throw everything into a blender. Press blend.

Approximate macros for 1 of 8 servings (one serving is 2 tbsp):
